Hello! Our names are Catherine and Brad =) We are a small family (2 adults, 2 children and 2 cats) seeking an affordable 2-3 bedroom house/apartment/suite in the Duncan/Cowichan area for September 1st, or possibly even August 15th if needed...But are keeping the search open anywhere from Nanaimo to Shawnigan Lake. We are a quiet and responsible couple, seeking a long-term rental. Catherine is a full-time LPN at a local nursing facility and I am a stay at home father who does odd jobs on her days off.
