I am a 59 year old female looking for accommodation for September. Would prefer Duncan (or within 20 kms of)
I live a quiet balanced life. No drugs, alcohol, parties or pets. It would be a benefit to have the rent inclusive of utilities if possible. I work part time and am an artist, so space for creativity is a main requirement. I've lived 2 years in Chemainus, 2 years in Duncan and now live in a wee house on a farm in the Cowichan Station area. I am moving to accommodate my landlady's daughter returning from abroad in September. I am open to positive possibilities and am looking forward to hearing from you.
