No couples, no children. It's simply not suited for more than one person.
Small pets may be negotiable.
Full kitchen with a small fridge/freezer, new bathroom with a tub so small that it's really just a shower, portable air conditioner, heat/hydro included, off street parking.
I live downstairs, so if you are loud, inconsiderate, or otherwise unpleasant, don't bother applying.
I am looking for someone who wants to be here long term, and will be very picky. So I only respond to emails that I think will be a good fit.
