House is clean, non-smoking. My old tenant just moved out last week and he stayed a whole year but is now going away for school, so I am renting out our spare room.

I am in my late 20's, mature, professional male that respects boundaries, but is relatable, reliable, and trustworthy. In addition, you will find me very clean, neat, respectful, thoughtful, kind hearted and friendly.
I work Monday to Friday 9am-3pm so I am out of the house during that time.
Looking for compatible to share living space, bathroom and dining room, and you can be male or female.

Lastly, I will request references and will go over a signed tenant agreement, house rules, and ask for $300.00 Security/Damage deposit before moving in.
I do have an extra desk available if needed.
I will be putting up some room dividers to block out the living room as I will use that as my office space.
However, the dining room is shared as well as kitchen, bathroom, entrance etc.

I also try to and stay on top of giving the bathroom a clean and vacuuming the house every 3rd or 4th week.
