We're looking for caring and contentious tenants
We are in the final stages of completing renovations on our 2-bedroom suite and we're looking for excellent tenants who would take care of our home and be a pleasure to deal with.
The suite will have a large open concept Kitchen/Living space with bamboo counter tops, a large island, 2 bedrooms with large windows and closets and in-suite laundry. It's about a 10 min walk from downtown on Miller Rd. No smokers and we prefer no pets, but would consider one cat for the right tenant
We have a lovely family as tenants upstairs with a one and half yr. old and another child on the way and we are looking for tenants who are just as thoughtful and respectful for downstairs.
