Looking for a rental in the Chemainus area.
Budget $700-$1100 (incl. utilities) Bachelor - Two Bedroom
I don't smoke, rarely drink and am quiet and respectful. I have 2 cats, one of which is a support cat for the other. I will not separate them under any circumstances. They are both incredibly well behaved, quiet and have never had any accidents. They both shed very little, and I am very particular about maintaining their space to prevent any lingering odors. I have no issue paying a pet deposit.
I love to garden, and cook and am passionate about creating as little waste as possible (ie. recycling, compost). I would love a place that had a piece of property I could have access to to garden all year round, but it's not necessary as I also garden for my parents.
I would prefer to not live in a basement suite, as I've lived in places in the past where noise from upstairs has become an issue with my work schedule/sleep routine, but in this market I am open to look at everything!
I have excellent work and rental references. I have been renting on Vancouver Island for the past 10 years. I am looking for something to call my own.
