12' Mirrocraft, 9.9 Johnson, Minn Kota electric and Roadrunner trailer in Duncan, British Columbia for sale

Boat, motor and trailer purchased as a unit in Victoria 1987.
I'm the second owner. This is an amazingly capable boat for salmon or saltwater bottom fishing but not too big for freshwater trout or bass fishing with the electric motor.
This outfit has been used very little...99% fresh water.... virtually in new condition. The inside bottom paint is barely worn. Has always been stored under cover.
These old Mirrocrafts are the best! They are a thicker gauge aluminum than Lund, Springbok, Harbercraft etc. and the seat webs are not attached to the bottom so the hull can flex without the "hardpoints" that cause rivets to stress and leak.
The motor is pristine. I've replaced the water pump impeller (the original one wasn't worn but had gone hard with age and wasn't pumping strong). Changed bottom end gear oil. The motor takes 100:1 gas/oil mix so it doesn't smoke as much as most two stroke outboards but it's much lighter than a modern 4 stroke motor. These old Johnsons are very simple and dead reliable.
The trailer is a galvanized Roadrunner.
Included is a Minn Kota electric trolling motor and marine battery , rod holders, oars and 3 crab traps.
A new outfit like this would be more than twice this price.
