26ft MacGregor sail boat in Duncan, British Columbia for sale

Lived its life in Kelowna and owned by a dentist, winter stored always. Brought to Maple Bay last year, $2500 spent on esthetics of touch ups and polishing hull and refinished rudder and coating the bottom for ocean use. Was in the Marina for five months, then under a tarp beside our house with sorts bits stored inside house. Boat is great as a cruiser or sailing, sleeps four tall adults and two kids, easy to handle, easy to haul at only 2800 lbs without water ballast. Easy to store and haul at only 7 feet tall with mast down (ten minute process). Has a head room and small kitchen. The most amazing sailboat in North America without spending $75,000. Boat is in new condition.
