UPDATE: truck is in the shop this week getting a few things fixed that were just discovered in a mechanical inspection. EGR block off kit, new intercooler, new oil pan, U-joints, TPS sensor, differential pinion seal.
Bought this as a work truck in 2013 but hasn't seen much use since June 2014 when a knee injury forced a career change. When I first got it I had the following work done:
New snowflake rated BFG all terrains (currently at 50+%)
4 inch stainless exhaust from the turbo back removing the DPF and installed a H&S programmer which has 4 power setting and did the EGR delete. ($3000)
Rebuild the front hubs
Replaced all the fluids and filters
Alarm with keyless entry
Had a commercial inspection done
K&N Filter
Aftermarket deck and speakers
Within the last 8000 kms it's had a full rear brake job done replacing the pads, calipers and rotors ($1200) and replaced the pads up front. Monroe shocks all around, new ball joints, and new Ford fuel filters.
Truck has had oil changes every 5000 kms and is now running Shell Rotella T6 full synthetic.
I have receipts for all the work done
It has rubber floors not carpet making it the perfect work or play truck and are very easy to keep clean, just wipe them off if dirty. It's automatic with air conditioning and cruise control, has new auxiliary LED lights front and rear, rear airbags and custom camper tie downs. Mechanically the truck is in mint condition. Physically the truck is very good but does has some minor scratches and rock chips, zero rust. It's a great driving truck with a ton of power and can tow 12500 lbs with it's included brake controller, hauls a camper and trailer without even noticing it's on.
