The van is a Dodge Ram Cargo Van converted into a camper van. It was previously a Telus Mobility van, so it is a very well maintained company vehicle. The van is in excellent condition, with no rust, brand new mud & snow tires. It is very mechanically sound, drives smoothly and I've never experienced any problems with it.
The inside of the van is fully live-able, with a unique set up. It's divided into 2 separate rooms (kitchen & bedroom). The newly installed kitchen has a brand new propane powered double burner stove/oven and the kitchen sink is a good size, with a simple hand pump system so that you will never have to rely on electrical power systems to run water. There is plenty of room for food storage and dish/cookware in the cabinets above the driver/passenger seats. In the insulated, cozy bedroom space, there is plenty of storage space under the bed and in the shelves above. the windows open and close and have good screens. there is floor space at the end of the bed for your shoes, or anything else you may want to store there.
