Portable Vibration Machine in Duncan, British Columbia for sale

This vibration machine is made by a very reputable company here in Canada called Total Image Fitness. It has a 500watt motor and it measures 24 inches wide and 18 inches deep, just under 9 inches tall.
I paid $900 for it when I bought it and it was on sale from $1000. I have had the machine for 8 years, I used it the mostly in the first 5 years and I've had it stored for most of the past 3 years.
I am selling it because I've had it in storage while travelling and I'd rather see someone enjoying it than have dust accumulating on it.
When I was a marathon runner I used the machine after long runs to help my body flush lactic acid from my legs. I remember after the second marathon I ever ran I could hardly walk the next day and I used the machine every hour on a very gentle setting and I was walking normally by the end of that day.
The machine is an awesome tool if you have limited space or if you don't have great mobility as you can simply stand on it and receive a very good workout.
These vibration machines help your body to get lymph fluid moving and also helps your body balance the hormones it produces which is a problem for a lot of people these days.
The machine has 20 speeds and a few different programs that you can use that really challenge your body if you want that too. I used to do different things like squats, seated twists, yoga poses and even used to hold by baseball bat on there to stay in shape in the off season!
This is such a versatile tool to have at your disposal and even if you own a health and wellness business it would be beneficial tool to share with your clients.
I am a yoga teacher now and a practicing yogi so I would really love to pass this machine on to someone who is going to use and appreciate everything that it can offer.
