I am a fun loving , hard working female offering a rental room in a spacious, downtown duncan condo. The successful applicant must be working full time, and be very tidy. All utilities are included, as well as high speed internet. Laundry is right across the hall from the suite and there is a dishwasher. Because there are three bedrooms, the middle is used as a guest/craft room and will not be rented. The main bathroom is primarily the renters, but the shower is shared. Parking is included. The building has great compost and recycling facilities. The big, bright, ground floor, corner unit stays cool in summer heat but can be chilly in winter, slippers required! Rent is 700 per month with 250 for damage deposit. Unfortunately I have issues in the past so if you are a daily drinker, or drug user, please save us both the trouble and do not apply, I uphold a strict no drama or BS rule and am very trustworthy, I expect the same standards from my cohabitant. I have several references that will attest to my being a great roommate. Cats are considered but the building does not allow dogs.
