I am presently interviewing for a mature and responsible male or female Roomate to share a beautiful 2 bedroom condo.
Available Nov.01/2018 or Dec.01/2018.
I seek to share with a non-smoking, drinking or parting adult. 8 appliances including in-suite washer, dryer, air-conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, Rotisserie oven, deep-freeze, fridge and stove. Shared, very clean Bathroom and common space (living room and kitchen) to be shared/discussed.
I am a middle-aged, mature, professional male that respects boundaries, but is relatable, reliable, and trustworthy. In addition, you will find me a great cook, very clean, neat, respectful, thoughtful, kind hearted and friendly. Looking for compatible to share, and you can be male or female. I have been a home stay parent in the past with the English as a second language program; therefore can co-exist with other cultures as well, If you are looking for a safe, very clean, home environment, with a quiet atmosphere, and enjoy good food, we can discuss further.
Lastly, I will request references,and in addition I have a wide network of friends that can provide excellent character references for me as well. I transcend age, language,culture, and gender concerns as well.

You need only bedroom furniture and bed (I do have a very gently used double bed and new mattress cover if needed)
