One furnished bedroom in the Cairnsmore neighbourhood, right in Duncan. 10 minute walk anywhere. Lots fo street parking. Queen bed, bureau, bookshelf, closet. No dresser in there currently. Room is 16x16. If you have some of your own stuff, I can move mine into storage.
Upstairs living room pretty much to yourself. Shared shower, but I have a small ensuite in my room. Laundry. Nice big deck. It's all there. Good for someone working at the hospital but living in Victoria or Nanaimo. Or someone needing to get out of where they are right now.
House comes with one charming cat that does his business outside. No cable, but Shaw 150 internet yes. Hydro and internet included.
Good for someone that travels light. I work and go to school at night so you won't see much of me. I cook meat in the kitchen so if you are vegan, you'd have to get some pots and pans.
