I'm looking for a quiet responsible person who keeps to themselves. Suitable for a student or someone that works a lot. I rented a room to a student last year and it was a good fit. All utilities included. Laundry available once a week scheduled. I work full time in Finance and go to school. So that's why I'm looking for a student or someone who keeps to themselves a lot. The room is big enough to make a bachelor out of but you can use the kitchen. Last tenant had a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, TV and computer in it so it worked well. Responsible people need apply. Availibke August 15th or Sept 1st. Located off gibbons by the hospital near river and all amenities. Looking for 6 months to a year dependant.
