Looking for roommate (for residence on Festubert st) in Duncan, British Columbia

We (My grandmother and I) are looking for someone to stay in our home with us from Dec 2013 until you plan on leaving.
We need somebody who is employed, respectful, tidy, and who can follow the house rules accordingly.
We have cats and a love bird and we are clean, friendly, trustworthy and respectful.
Drugs and parties are not allowed, alcohol will be considered as long as it is not used on a regular basis. Smoking outside is fine.
I would be happy to take some photos of the house if that would help in making a decision.
After we have been in touch through email or phone, a meeting will be arranged to see if you find our home meets your expectations! :) When a suitable roommate is found, this ad will be deleted.
Rent includes SHARED utilities, kitchen, living room, washroom, laundry and your personal single bedroom.
*No more pets please, the cats don't get along well with other animals.
