Furnished (or unfurnished) room for rent in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse. Townhouse located near the hospital and VIU on Sherman Rd across from the soccer fields. Washer/dryer, a small fenced yard, and a dishwasher. Rent includes utilities, internet, Netflix and household supplies (everything except personal hygiene items and food). A well behaved pet may be considered with a pet deposit and references. We currently have have a small dog and cat both 7 years old.
