Looking for working, quiet and chill roomates or mature students to share my house in downtown Duncan. I am looking for the right fit, so am in no hurry to fill these bedrooms but they are available right away, on a month to month basis.
I have 2 bedrooms up for rent with shared space of the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and backyard. $600 and $550. The larger bedroom can be rented furnished if needed. The smaller one is unfurnished and currently my studio, but can come furnished if rented before the larger one and you need a bed etc.
Preferably no couples. No children. Pets considered if they get along with mine. Must be an animal lover, as I have two big sucky dogs and 2 sucky cats.
If you garden that's a plus as I have a big yard with a semi established garden that is open for suggestions. Absolutely no drugs or smokers. Casual drinkers only. If you smoke weed, do it off property. Rent is inclusive of wifi, heat and hydro.
I am right downtown Duncan, near VIU with green space all around my backyard so you can't tell you are downtown, and easy access to buses, shopping etc. Commute to Victoria is roughly 35min to an hour depending on when you go and where.
