I live in a house very close to town. it's within walking distance to everything. I am looking for a quiet, responsible, non-smoking, individual for a roommate. I am considerate, quiet, non-religious, and expect the same in a roommate. The rent is $450, but you will also have to pay 1/2 of the utilities. Don't ask what the hydro is, because that depends on how much you use. The cable, internet is about $80/month.
The house has everything else, w/d, stove, wood stove and furnace, etc. i am looking for a responsible, working person. You should have some kind of references. I will also ask you to provide a criminal record search. i will check your references.
