I have two semi-furnished rooms for rent in my home, One has a double bed and the other can be either a single bed-room or simply a den with internet. They come with a private bathroom. The following are shared: kitchen facilities, fridge, stove, dishwasher, micro-wave, dining room, living room, and laundry facilities, which is all of the ground floor. Rent is an inexpensive $850 per month plus 50% electricity usage. Conveniently located near the hospital and downtown amenities, and on bus route #7. This rental will suit a professional person who is responsible, clean and respectful, or one or two quiet and considerate students. No smoking, drugs, partying, children or pets. Parking available. Friendly landlord. If working, references from your previous landlord and proof of employment are required. If a student, please provide character references. A rental agreement will be necessary.
