28' Class C Motorhome in Duncan, British Columbia for sale

Second owner - 1989 with only 54,000 miles/87,400km,
Had it checked out today (June 3) to be ready for the first trip of the season. Spent $500 on front brakes, alignment etc.
6 new tires last summer, (maybe 1,000 miles on them) Roof and dash air, solar panel on roof, fresh water pump new, runs like a top, 460 engine, trailer hitch, rear corner bedroom with sink, separate shower, bathroom with sink, loads of cupboard space, small flat screen TV over helm (where there is usually a bed), dinette makes into bed, 2 cocktail swivel chairs. Roof checked & very good, re-sealed.
Would consider offers or smaller unit with overhead front bunk in trade.
