NEW PRICE 2008 Wave 26RLS in Duncan, British Columbia for sale

2008 Wave 26RLS - Literally better than new!
Bought new Oct. 2008 at Cottonwood RV in Chilliwack. Set up to live in by original owners while home being built. Front bedroom with queen bed and separate entrance. Slide with fold-down sofa and dinette.
Ducted AC. Ducted furnace.

All 3 tanks pad heated, underbelly spray-foamed, slide topper added at original purchase.
We are 2nd owners, bought June 2009 and have added:
- drawers with full extension glides under dinette seats and under bed.
- lightweight shelving in cupboards.
- reading lights in bed area.
- heavy duty 2" receiver on rear, welded to frame and electric jack on front.
- new, high quality lino flooring throughout in May 2013 (insurance claim following accidental tear in lino) - trailer not used since.
Has less than 4000 km since new - used very seldom - only two trips off the Island. Kept under cover when not used, with heaters and dehumidifiers running.
