Specialized Demo 8 II mountain bike in Duncan, British Columbia for sale

Selling my 2011 Specialized Demo 8 II downhill World Championship bike. Its in excellent to good condition with a phenomenal suspension set up. (Suspension alone is worth well over two thousand dollars.)
I just don't have the time to ride this beauty anymore and too busy raising my young family. This bike has always been garage kept, professionally maintained and just come out of the bike shop with a tune up and new cables.
Frame:

Cane Creek Double Barrel shock with 400X3.0 spring.
