Canon Rebel T3i Package - 18Mp - Like New! in Duncan, British Columbia for sale

I'm moving on to new equipment so it's time to sell my beloved T3i and kit. Included in the price is the following:
- Canon Rebel T3i body - 18Mp
- Canon EF-S 18-55mm with UV filter
- Canon EF-S 55-250mm with lens hood
- Canon EF 50mm F/2.8
- Neewer external flash
- Two batteries, charger, extra eyepiece, hand strap, shoulder strap, and bag.
Everything is in excellent, condition and I am the only owner. I have completely babied this camera over its 13,000 actuations and in that time it's been a joy to shoot with. This camera is great for the interested beginner looking to step up their game or anyone looking for a diverse, ready to use kit.
For an additional $450, I will part with my nearly brand new Tamron SP DI II 60mm F/2.0 macro lens. It's an amazing lens that features 1:1 magnification for getting up close and personal. Also makes a great general purpose/portrait lens.
I want to sell this is as a kit. I live in Duncan but will deliver to Nanaimo or Victoria for the asking price.
